Sometimes it may seem they have an excessive preoccupation with systems & processes, yet in the right role and environments these people can maintain order.
You may have the Strength of Focus, from the ‘Strategic Thinking’ domain.
However, people with responsibility DO NOT need, in fact, abhor micromanagement.
We can trust people with Responsibility to get on with whatever they’ve committed to do.
Restorative is an Executing Strength with creative solutions to diagnosing symptoms. They have a need to make things perfect and have problems to resolve.
These are people with a focus on things that do not work, evaluate possibilities, quickly arriving at solutions.
If you want to be kind to Analytical give them some ‘alone’ time to process their thoughts. They are not abandoning you - they just need time alone to digest & think in silence.
