People with the Strength of Discipline seek order, structure, systems & processes. Details and schedules are important to them, as is breaking down big projects by seeing the 'devil in the details'. People who love to fix things, issues or people might describe the Strength of Restorative depending upon the domains of your other Strengths and the dynamics between these. Restorative is an Executing Strength with creative solutions to diagnosing symptoms. They have a need to make things perfect and have problems to resolve. People with the Strength of Analytical have a need for people to think through clearly about what is being said and expect theories to have relevant facts & proof.
