Everywhere we look there is overwhelming evidence that many organisations have not altered or changed the development of their strategy and/or are readying themselves proactively for the changes that come with the landscape of the complex adaptive world we live in.
Pro-active planning, systems thinking, interconnections and interdependence, are just some of the phrases that come to mind which are very often overlooked in the transformation of organisations.
We have to plan for the future in a way that makes place for everyone to benefit and be given opportunities to succeed if we are to live in a world that is at peace, one that will continue to become stronger, long after we are gone.

Many of our systems, such as education, business, government, are out-dated and are struggling to keep up with the rapid changes of the 21st century and beyond.
What is required is a future's thinking mindset, one that takes into consideration all the relevant interconnected systems to include, yet not limited to, the Social, Technological, Economical, Environmental, and Political Spheres.
The decisions we make about our lives and the environment have unintended consequences creating impact long after we are gone. Dysfunction breeds more dysfunction and no one is immune from the resulting consequences. They indirectly affect us all.
